Elizabeth is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Elizabeth has served women who are victims of sex trafficking through trauma therapy, men in substance abuse, and college students at Samford University. Most recently, Elizabeth worked at a family therapy practice serving children, families, teens and adults through an internal family systems approach. 

Elizabeth draws from various theoretical approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and integrative Christian counseling. Elizabeth is also a prepare/enrich facilitator for premarital counseling. Other areas that are counseling interests of Elizabeth’s include concerns regarding self-esteem, anxiety, depression, body image, relationship issues, grief, and boundaries. 

Elizabeth loves hearing people’s stories and helping them see the redemption God can bring to their lives by sharing their narratives. Elizabeth’s rate for a 50-minute individual counseling session is $130, and $140 for a couples counseling session.
